It usually starts with something like this:
I feel stuck, I’m frustrated, and to be honest, I’m freaking exhausted.
Isn't there more, something's not quite clicking with the jam I've been jamming' on...what am I missing??
Erydangthang is going really well, like out-of-this-world well, but it's made me wonder if I can't move from out-of-this-world to, like, an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STRATOSPHERE.
And we get it. You did everything you were supposed to and then some. You followed the recipe, you managed the checklist, you not only met expectations - you exceeded them, yet for some reason you’re not exactly where you want to be. You’re not exactly who you want to be.
You tried listening to Florence and The Machine, you tried to shake it off, you talked to your BFF, and you even booked a three week trip to (INSERT MIND BLOWING INTERNATIONAL LOCALE). You’ve tried lots of things. And although they felt fly at the time, they were band-aids, discretions, not quite right. You know this because you've come full circle, and you're basically back where you started.
You’re ready for change but you’re not sure exactly what it is, or how to get there. You’re unsure about your calling, or how to hear it. Or maybe you know all that jazz, but you’re having trouble figuring out where to start or how to keep going.
Well, get ready because we’ve got some answers, and believe it or not, you’ve got some answers, brilliant ones, mind-blowing ones, ones you’re going to find in 1:1 Coaching.
We’re going to dig and uncover, and dust off and discover. We’re going to tap your intuition like it’s a giant maple tree. We’re going to get you thinking out of the box…actually, scrap that. We’re going to get rid of the box. We’re going to work together to paint a picture of who you are and where you’re going that is 100% unique to YOU. Zero advice. Zero prescription. All YOU.
At first, you’re not even going to believe what you see, but after a little while you’ll be saying things like, “WTF!?!?! This is amazing” and “I’m gonna go big AND go home” and “geez, this feels so easy” and (our personal favorite) - "WATCH. ME. NOW."

She's is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University) and splits time between Southern California and British Columbia. When she's not coaching, you can find Steph traveling, writing, speaking, reading, and doing (in her words) "shit tons" of her own self-work.
I’d been considering working with a coach for a while, but I never really found anyone that felt like they’d get me… until I met Steph. This lady is badass. She’s not afraid to throw chunky questions at me, to go deeper and get to the real ‘why’ behind big life-stuff, which is exactly what I wanted in a coach. No bullshit. Straight-up authenticity. She's is the real deal.
Steph Jagger is the island in the storm. She is the place where we expect to listen, but end up doing the talking. She is a safe haven from which to be challenged. She will ask you to consider why you feel compelled to make certain choices and how it could all turn out differently if you just thought about it another way. She is intensity blended with impartial compassion. She will inspire, she will motivate, and she will watch in awe as you draw the answers you seek from yourself.

My ideas and intentions were brimming but I felt I had no map, and no direction. I needed a view, an eye to the bigger picture and someone to help me see past myself. As I result of my coaching work I felt guided back to the truth of my purpose. I can see the potential of my truth more frequently, and more clearly. The ripple effect of this continues to this day.
I wasn't super convinced I needed a coach. I felt I had things under control, and was highly motivated and excited about my work. But the more I thought about it, I realized the idea of working with a coach had only upsides. As "on track" as I felt, there were certain things I knew had potential for more.
From the first moment, I felt both encouraged and directed.
I walked away with a new way to conceptualize my present and future, new tactics for transcending pervasive daily stresses, strategies for gaining perspective in times of tunnel vision, and a tangible feeling of clarity and empowerment. I would definitely recommend working with any of the Steph Jagger coaches.
