Let me start by saying this: I’m so glad you’re here.

Gigantic gratitude, and big love from me to you.

Pour yourself a cup or coffee or some delicious matcha-something-or-other, cue a beautifully textured playlist - think Hozier and Billy Raffoul, maybe some Florence - light a candle, or incense, or both. Take your shoes off and stay awhile.

Or just take a deep breath and slooo-oow down. Because all of you is invited here, allowed here, welcome and wanted in this space.

I hope I get to talk to you, and exchange emails. I hope we DM, and then hug when we finally meet in person. I hope I get to share wisdom with you, and learn more about how beautiful humanity is just by sitting near you. If we’re gonna do that, and I think we should, you probably want to know a bit more about me. As such, I’ve created a ”Top Ten” type introduction for you to get to know me a bit better. Here goes:

  • If someone drew a Venn diagram with “divinity” written in one circle and “humanity” in the other circle, I would point to the overlapping part in the center and say, “That! I’m in love with that. Can we sit there, pretty please?”

  • About a decade ago I got a graduate degree in executive coaching. I never really loved the “executive” part so I took that out, and for the past eleven years I have been coaching a whole gaggle of folks on how to find and sit in that glorious Venn diagram place I mentioned above.

  • I set a world record for skiing the most vertical feet in a year.

  • I wrote a book about setting a world record for skiing but it was really more about growing up, as well as unearthing and claiming femininity as a super-power. It’s called UNBOUND: A Story of Snow and Self-Discovery and you should totally read it.

  • I played the tuba in high school. It was a three-year stint. Long enough for me to recognize the genius that is the Schitt’s Creek theme song.

  • My mother has late-stage Alzheimer’s so she is both actively living and actively dying. I’m not sure if it’s excruciating for her, but it is for me…unless I’m able to tap into my inner mystic, which allows me to witness her journey in awe.

  • I was legally married in a courthouse in San Diego. I was spiritually married in the Ecuadorian jungle, and my wedding ring is made from the wood of an Argentinean tree.

  • My biggest fear is the fact that I live inside of a lineage of forgetfulness. I don’t want to forget. I want to remember - deeply so. This desire is sewn into the fabric of my work, both as a coach and as a writer.

  • I’m a Capricorn Sun with a Pisces Rising. A.K.A. I am very of this world (a grounded, steady, salt-of-the-earth goat), as well as not of this world (a mystical, creative, watery poet). Long story short, I’m a shoreline and there’s something about that that feels like relief to me.

  • From 2012-ish to 2014-ish I suffered from depression. Mental health is important to me.

  • I’m scared. Often.

  • There is a 20-inch long eagle feather on my desk as I write this and it’s wondering why I haven’t mentioned that I am partially fluent in the languages of other realms. Here goes: I am partially fluent in the language of other realms.

  • I believe we are being invited to return to the fluency that we were born with, our mother tongue. I believe that language exists in our bodies. I believe part of my work is to help us reclaim it. I believe another part of my work is to help us translate it.

  • I love myself.

I love you too.

I know that’s a bit weird because we don’t even know each other yet, but it’s true. Based on the sheer fact that you’re alive, I know you sit at the center of that Venn diagram, therefore, I love you.

There is so much more, but I’m gonna pause there. Because how can I keep going when there’s so much beauty sitting here in front of me?

*Insert image of me leaning forward and placing my chin in the palms of my hands.*

Now . . . tell me, my love, who are you? There is nothing I would love more than to know you.

EMAIL ME OR MESSAGE ME ON INSTA.

With so much warmth you can barely believe it,
