We believe in the power of journeys, spaces and times where we are able move toward the edge of self. We believe in meeting ourselves at that place, creating and re-creating ourselves from within those expanses of time.
Our approach is curious and heart-forward. We are expert witnesses, and are VERY good at connecting the dots . . . dots of the highest order.
And while we are serious about what we do, we also believe that laughter is holy.

STEPH JAGGER

Steph is a truth teller, and a provocateur. Her coaching is a marination in love, mixed with bold intuition, a dash of straight-talking authenticity and a pinch or three of humor. She's been at it for a decade, helping hundreds of people step into the full breadth of their humanity.
Steph is masterful at pulling out patterns. She balances a tangible, grounded approach with deep, soulful work. If you're ready to step into the entirety of yourself - mind, body and spirit - Steph’s your gal.
She's is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University) and when she's not providing the intuitive fuel for this lil rocket ship, you can find her walking in the forest, in between the pages of her next book, or howling like a hyena on a full moon with her BFFs.
Steph takes a limited amount of clients per year. Her focus is on depth work and longer-term witnessing.

The GREAT BIG JOURNEY is a pathway into self that occurs in the midst of belonging. It is a return to the largeness of who you really are that comes with the depth of one-on-one work as well as the wisdom found in communion with others.
